Experience and Education

For the past 18 years I have collaborated in for-profit and non-profit settings in such roles as facilitator, director, moderator, development manager, trainer, university instructor, board member, volunteer and mediator. Both my undergraduate and graduate work took place at Oregon State University where I studied health sciences, conflict resolution, and communication. I have contributed to a variety of settings and have experienced a good deal with regard to leadership, collaboration, group process, and management. I have observed, organized, planned and facilitated hundreds of meetings, orientations, forums, and trainings. Real and practical experience. The good stuff. I find it all fascinating. I felt compelled to synthesize these experiences, and a strategic facilitator with a focus on organizational development was realized.
